3. Low acid fruits

Egg yolks may worsen acid reflux. They are high in fat, and this can trigger acid reflux in some people. However, the egg white can help this condition. If you reduce your intake of fat, then you may be able to get relief from acid reflux disease. Additionally, the egg white is also high in healthy fats, minerals and vitamins.
5. Lean meats and seafood
Red meat is high in fat, which is why you will need to avoid it if you suffer from acid reflux. You can replace the red meat with lean meat. Chicken and turkey are examples of lean meat. You can try these foods poached, baked or broiled. Seafood is another type of food that you can make a staple part of your diet. However, you should only eat seafood that has been baked, grilled or sauteed. If it is fried, then it can make your symptoms worse. You will also need to choose wild-caught seafood instead of farm-raised seafood.
6. Potatoes
Potatoes are good for you because they have a lot of fiber and digestible carbohydrates. However, you do not want to add any garlic or onions to the potato. This can worsen your symptoms.
