1. Pad the floor and walls

You will thank yourself for having padded your entire room if an unforeseen accident occurs. The entire walls and floors do not have to be padded. You only need to pad the exercise area.

2. Customize your space for motivation

A gym with weights, equipment, and padding is not enough. You can customize your space with a few pictures of your idol or motivational quotes so that you do not lose focus. It can be anything as it is your space. Customizing also includes water bottles, towels, mops, room sprays, and music to add to the ambiance and keep up motivation. Keeping yourself hydrated through workouts will go a long way to help you achieve your targets. You will need spare towels to wipe sweat and mops to wipe the floor to avoid slips. The latter not only helps you save space but also allows you to perform various exercises, such as weighted squats, deadlift, bench press, chin-ups, and dips.
